In these Conditions the following words will have the following meanings unless inconsistent with the context:
“Buyer” the person who places an order for Goods and/or Services from CG;
“CG” Caffe Gabriele Limited (registered in England under number 05872781) trading as Gabriele Tea & Coffee

General

The colour and look of items on the website may differ slightly to when delivered this is usually due to limitations of browser software, monitor and image quality. Gabriele Tea & Coffee reserve the right to change or adjust any images on the site without warning or prior notice. 

Cancellations and Returns

We don’t operate a sales/ returns policy, so please review your order before placing it as refunds will not be given for any items ordered mistakenly/ no longer needed once delivered. We go to great lengths to make sure that all of products reach you in perfect condition. All items are checked before they are wrapped, packed and dispatched. We use a national courier to deliver all of our goods and therefore cannot be held liable for damage incurred whilst products are in the care of couriers or postal services.

As this website is a business to business website and our sales contracts are business to business, the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply. We don’t operate a cancellation policy whereby goods ordered from us can be cancelled following purchase. 

Where goods purchased from us are thought to be faulty/ not fit for purpose please contact us immediately for a returns authorisation number, you must contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order. We will request that you arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us so that we can appraise them. Our decision will be notified to you without delay and should the goods be found to be faulty we will replace or repair or offer a refund where appropriate including postage costs. Where we find that the goods are not faulty we will request that you arrange for them to be collected and returned to you at your expense. 

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. During the checkout process all VAT will be shown at the appropriate rates. We are a business to business, trade supplier of commercial equipment and consumables. Your access to and use of www. gabrielecoffee&tea.co.uk “the website” is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. If you do not fully accept these terms and conditions you must stop using this website. We do not operate a returns or refund policy, this does not affect you statutory rights.

We do not repair domestic coffee machines.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the timescale given to you when we confirm your order. However, in the unlikely event that this cannot be fulfilled then we cannot compensate for late/ non delivery. Whereby goods you have ordered are found to be sold out, then we will send that item out to you as soon as we have it in stock again, up to 30 days following your order, in the unlikely event that the goods are still out of stock after 30 days then we will contact you to ask if you would prefer a refund. Coffee machine delivery times are an estimated delivery day, pending European freight, rest assured that we will do everything in our power to achieve the date given; we will track your order and do everything in our power to both keep you informed and liaise with the courier to help get your consignment delivered on time. Whilst we endeavour to meet all the delivery times stated we cannot be held responsible for third party delays that are out of our control. We pride ourselves on our service, and whilst that means that we dispatch within 24 hours on a next business day service, the deliveries themselves are obviously outside of our control and are subject to variations in weather conditions, traffic issues or other factors that could disrupt the service they provide to you. We use a national courier service for our deliveries, and therefore deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sundays. All deliveries require a signature, so please ensure the delivery address is one where a delivery can be accepted. We are unable to leave goods outside unattended premises. If you have a query concerning your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will deliver to you using the information provided by you. Any deliveries that cannot be signed for may be returned to us as undelivered. Any postage costs attributed to us in such circumstances will be charged to you.

Out of stock items

We always endeavour to have all of our products in stock ready for you, but sometimes demand takes us by surprise and items are unavailable. If this happens we will tell you when we can get it and when we can get it to you. Please note some espresso machines are made to order and can have a lead time of up to six weeks.
